Mandy & Tony – Attic Conversion with Side Dormer

Mandy and Tony sought to maximise the potential of their home by creating additional living space within their attic. The objective was to introduce a comfortable and functional family room through the addition of a side dormer extension.

A carefully considered dormer design was developed to significantly increase usable floor area while remaining in keeping with the existing property. The result is a bright, spacious attic room that integrates seamlessly with the house and provides valuable additional accommodation for the family.

Full planning permission was successfully obtained for the development.
